Ignacio Flores to plead guilty

Guam - 51-year-old Ignacio Flores intends to plead guilty today to first degree criminal sexual conduct and agree to spend at least 8 years behind bars. Flores is accused of raping a female minor twice in 2010. 

He signed a plea deal in exchange for the prosecution recommending an 8-year sentence.
