Guam - Last Friday was the deadline Public Works deputy director Carl Dominguez had imposed on the Verona Resort and Spa to submit all the paperwork related to the obtaining an occupancy permit. While he couldn't release too much information, he does tell KUAM News that the documents submitted were "not satisfactory as they didn't have the proper stamps but they are making the efforts to comply."

DPW is doing through a review process before they release any more details.
