TrashCo to appeal NOV with Guam EPA

Guam - Trashco Guam intends to appeal a notice of violation they were issued by the Guam Environmental Protection Agency.  In July the trash hauler picked up their trash bins from the Department of Public Health in Mangilao but left the trash sitting in the parking lot because the agency was behind in paying their bill. 

A hearing has yet to be scheduled.
