Guam - The Governor's office has reported a forgery to the Guam Police Department and the Office of the Attorney General. According to a media release, the Governor's office was made aware of a document appearing to be a "Letter of Intent" between the government of Guam and GK Holdings, Inc. for the establishment of a solid waste management system. The document appeared to bear the seal of the Governor's Office and the signature of Governor Eddie Baza Calvo. The document also contained the signature of the Attorney General, but that office also confirmed AG Leonardo Rapadas' signature was also forged. The signature of Daeyung Hwang of GK Holdings was also on the document, but that has not yet been authenticated.
