Guam - The air conditioner is down again at the E-911 Center in Agana Heights. According to Guam Homeland Security spokesperson Alyssa Benito, the problem this time is the fan motor blew out. She says the A/C has been down for at least the past three days resulting in warmer conditions on 911's side. As we reported, the fire department spent over two months at its redundant station in Dededo after the air conditioner broke down back in June. GFD's E-911 personnel just moved back last week, but the fire department is holding tight to see how fast it will be fixed this time. Benito says homeland is in the process of purchasing new motors along with three back up motors.
