Fugitive caught on Guam awaits extradition

A Marine wanted in the state of Texas for felony continued sex and child abuse is scheduled to be extradited at the end of the month.

Guam - A Marine wanted in the state of Texas for felony continued sex and child abuse is scheduled to be extradited at the end of the month. 20-year-old George Christopher Aragon was picked up by federal marshals last week at Wendy's parking lot in Harmon after authorities learned he is wanted in Harris County in Houston. The lance corporal, who is stationed in Iwakuni, Japan, is on island participating in the Marine Corps' Island Fury Exercise.

He remains in DOC custody. Aragon's extradition hearing is scheduled for October 29 at 9am in the Superior Court of Guam.
