Laing, movie company fail to make 2nd payment

John Laing and the Guam Motion Picture Company failed to make its second and final settlement payment as part of the "Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon" film.

Guam - John Laing and the Guam Motion Picture Company failed to make its second and final settlement payment as part of the "Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon" film. Laing was supposed to pay $150,000 to GEDA on September 30. In court today GEDA's attorney, Janalynn Damian, told the court that she is waiting for the board to decide what action to take next. A continued status hearing is scheduled for November 9.
