Guam - The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, through the Guam Healthcare and Hospital Development Fund, has donated $18,000 to the University of Guam School of Nursing and Health Sciences for diabetes education or research.
Guam Healthcare and Hospital Development Foundation president Peter Sgro says he approves that the donation was given directly to the school rather than the Foundation in order to support the school of nursing.
