Calvo signs Bill 496

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo signed substitute Bill 496 into law. The measure provides an extension of ARRA funding for the Department of Education but more importantly corrects two blunders in the current fiscal year budget, one of which will allow unclassified employees in the legislative and judicial branches of government to get paid tomorrow.
