Man arrested on 7 counts of alleged CSC

Guam - A 31 year old man is behind bars on $100,000 cash bail after it
was alleged that he sexually assaulted two female minors on more than
one occasion. According to the magistrate's complaint, Asen Moni
allegedly forced the first victim, a female minor in the 2nd grade, to
have sex with him. Court documents add that earlier this month Moni
allegedly took a second victim, an 8 year old female minor, into the
jungle at least twice. Moni allegedly undressed the victim, covered
her mouth to prevent her from screaming and forcefully engaged in
sexual intercourse with the girl. He was booked and confined on
charges of 7 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and second
degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony. He will return
to court for a preliminary hearing on October 19 at 4pm.
