Guam - Police Chief Fred Bordallo is waiting on the Department of Administration to review and evaluate applications that were submitted for the police commander position.  Once the evaluations and ratings are completed, the chief will conduct interviews.

Bordallo says he's looking for an individual who will be his second in command to hold the highest ranking uniformed classified position in the Guam Police Department.
