Guam - It was an emotional morning for two families as Governor Eddie Calvo signed deeds giving them back their land in Barrigada. For more than two decades the property sat idle as the federal government had given it to the Guam Community College to be used for educational purposes.

The governor signed the deeds today, giving the land back to the families of Manuel Taitano Flores and Jose Cruz Flores. Two more deed signings are scheduled for next week.
