Grenade found in Yigo

Guam - An explosive ordnance team was activated to Yigo this morning where a grenade was found. Guam Homeland security spokesperson Alyssa Benito says Civil Defense officials were notified of the found ordnance along Chalan Pali Ramon at 9:50am. EOD responded and rendered the situation safe giving the all clear around10:45am. Authorities safely transported the grenade to the Naval Magazine for proper disposal.
