Sex offender gets 20 years behind bars

Guam - A Level I Sex Offender was sentenced to twenty years in prison for reoffending. James San Nicolas Palacios pled guilty to second degree criminal sexual conduct as a 2nd degree felony this morning. Court documents state in September 2011, he drove the female victim known to him to Eagle's Field and raped her.

Remaining charges of kidnapping and terrorizing were dismissed, as part of the plea agreement.
