Taiwan included in visa waiver program

Effective November 1, Taiwanese tourists can spend up to 90 days on Guam without a visa.

Guam - The Department of Homeland Security has included Taiwan in the visa waiver program. Effective November 1, Taiwanese tourists can spend up to 90 days on Guam without a visa. Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo stated of the announcement, "This announcement will help facilitate cultural exchange and is a significant development in the relationship between our countries.

"Adding Taiwan to the visa waiver program will also mean increased travel to the U.S., including Guam."
