Tourist pleads guilty to using fake credit cards

Another tourist who was caught using stolen credit cards to purchase luxury high-end goods pleaded guilty in the District Court this week.

Guam - Another tourist who was caught using stolen credit cards to purchase luxury high-end goods pleaded guilty in the District Court this week. Aik Han Heng pleaded guilty to access device fraud, aggravated identity theft, and conspiracy to commit access device fraud.  Heng and Jiunn Yang Tan, who also pleaded guilty, were arrested and stole $22,000 worth of purchases for luxury items. 

The two claimed they were trying to pay personal creditors in Malaysia and were instructed to fly to Guam and purchase items with the fake credit cards. Sentencing is set for January 16.
