Guam - As Tropical Storm Maliksi continues its northwesterly trek away from the CNMI, here on Guam you can expect scattered showers and thunderstorms all day long. Winds will be breezy at 21 to 24 miles her hour and gusts up to 30. Things will start to calm down tonight. Meanwhile the National Weather Service has issued a small craft advisory for Guam that will be in effect until five o'clock Wednesday morning, likewise a high surf advisory is in effect until five pm Thursday. This means you should stay out of the water as rip current are life threatening. Guam Homeland Security Office of Civil Defense advises you to exercise extreme caution while driving as roads are slippery and may create unsafe driving conditions.
