Guam - Found guilty by a superior court jury of burglarizing several businesses to support his drug addiction, 59-year-old Joseph Tuncap was sentenced to seven years behind bars with credit for time served. This means he will spend just over five years in prison as he's spent nearly the past two years at doc. Tuncap faced a maximum of 45 years in prison for 3 counts of burglary as a 2nd degree felony and attempted theft of property as a 2nd and 3rd degree felony. He was arrested back 2010 after being caught on video surveillance breaking into several business establishments. A restitution hearing will be set by the court at a later date.
