Review and evaluation underway

Guam - The bid process is closed and the review and evaluation is underway to determine who will be awarded the five-year contract to provide office space for the Department of Law. As we reported the Department of Public Works recommended the AG's Office move out of the Pedro's Plaza building in Hagatna after the landlord failed to hire a certified engineer to inspect and conduct a structural analysis of the building. For years employees have heard loud snapping noises coming from within the walls of the structure.  No word on how many bids were submitted.
