Guam - Checks are ready for precinct officials and district registrars who worked the Primary Election. According to GEC Executive Director Maria Pangelinan you're asked to pick up your check between 2pm - 6pm at their office in Hagatna. If you are unable to make it during this time, please contact GEC at 477-9791.
