2 People Arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband

Guam - A vendor was delivering more than just food Wednesday afternoon to the Department of Corrections in Mangilao. According to DOC Spokesperson Jeff Limo J.J. International employees Promise Airam and Herickson Ruben were arrested on multiple charges including promoting prison contraband, possession of a scheduled I controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver. When officers searched their vehicle, inside they found tobacco products and the drug spice. After an interview was conducted the two were booked and confined. Limo says an ongoing criminal investigation is underway and is being forward to the Attorney General's Office. Pending the outcome of the investigation, business with the company has been suspended.
