Guam - Department of Education employees can expect their rebates tomorrow. According to deputy superintendent of finance and administrative services Taling Taitano, DOE received a lump sum payment of $428,000 from DOA last week but saw delays on whether or not to cut the checks through payroll or accounts payable.

"We're just checking a couple of the calculations we want to make sure before we cut the checks that they're all correct," she said.
