Guam - Despite objections from the prosecution and the victim's family, Daniel Rosal was released to a third-party custodian today on a $20,000 personal recognize bond.  Rosal is one of three defendants charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault stemming from an incident that occurred in March in Harmon.

The victim, Cameron Masanyon, is still in Calfornia recovering from his injuries. Rosal has a curfew of 6pm, and must stay away from his co-defendants, witnesses as well as the victim and his family. A status hearing for all three defendants is scheduled for October 5.
