Mangilao situation not standoff, says GPD

Guam - Police have reclassified a disturbance call they received this morning to a person in need of service.  For about two and a half hours, SWAT officers and hostage negotiators were at a reported standoff at a residence along Maga Lane in Mangilao.  A man had been cut during an altercation with another man who then barricaded himself inside the home.  After some time, police were able to enter the home. 

31-year-old Randy Torno was taken to Mental Health for evaluation and to be observed for the next 72 hours.  No other details have been released at this time.
