Marina Project Moving Forward

Guam - The Port Authority board has voted unanimously to award Black Construction Corporation the contract for Phase II of the Hagatna Marina Renovations Project and site improvements. The construction company's $1.6 million bid was $300,000 less than the government's $2 million estimate for the project. Phase II renovations will be funded through a grant with the U.S. Department of the Interior.
