Guam - Another member of the Guam Air National Guard has agreed to cooperate with the feds in connection with making a fraudulent claim against the government.  Dora Sarmiento signed a plea agreement admitting that between August 2009 until January of this year she was receiving overseas housing allowance that she was not entitled to.

According to the plea agreement, the 32-year-old claimed she was paying $1,800 in rent for a home in Dededo and then a year later said she was paying $2,400 a month for a home in Anigua when she was actually living with a relative rent-free.
