Guam - It's been years in the making, but tomorrow a public hearing will be held on the Department of Mental Health's fee schedule. The hearing will be held at 1 in the afternoon in the Legislature's Public Hearing Room. As we've reported the fees are expected to generate $9 million and $12 million dollars that could be saved from the general fund.  DMHSA director Wilfred Aflague says this will be the first time a fee schedule will be in existence for the agency.
