Guam - Guam Memorial Hospital administrator Joseph Verga is meeting with the island's medical community this evening. Verga is the guest speaker at the Guam Medical Association's meeting, officially introducing himself and sharing his vision for the island's only civilian hospital.

Verga says he hopes physicians will get on board his plans to make GMH a better place for the people of Guam, adding, "We all need to work together for the best interest of the hospital and that's how decisions will be made going forward and I think everybody wants to make things fair and equitable but in the end it's the best interest of the hospital and patients that will always drive the decisions and directions that I take and advocate for."
