Respicio will buy street signs with his rebate

Guam - Senator Rory Respicio intends to use his insurance rebate to purchase two stop signs for the Chalan Santo Papa, Archbishop Flores Street intersection. The Democrat lawmaker expressed concerns about the dangerous area and offered to provide the financial resources to make the intersection a four-way stop.
