Robert Baker, Jr. can work prior to trial

Guam - Robert Baker, Jr. was granted his request for modified release conditions. This means the local businessman will be able to work at his job site as well as have supervised visits with his children.

He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. He is set to return to court to find out when he will go to trial on October 9.
