Guam - It's looking good for the Home of the Geckos as science technology engineering and math classroom renovations are ahead of schedule. According to George Washington High School assistant principal Gaylene Cruz, contractor BME & Sons is on track to meet the target deadline of the first week of October.

As we've been reporting, the Mangilao school broke into double-session with upperclassmen attending in the morning and freshmen in the afternoon hours so 17 classrooms could receive ARRA-funded renovations. The school will return to a normal bell schedule once renovations are complete.
