Accused school burglars will stand trial

Guam - Freddy Degracia and Badobino and Olympia Taisacan waived their rights to a speedy trial. The three are part of a group of people accused of burglarizing Inarajan Middle School several times stealing supplies and electronics. In court their attorneys requested photos being used as evidence in the case. A trial setting has been scheduled for October 22. Meanwhile an outstanding warrant remains in effect for one of the suspects, Jonatahan Taiscan.
