Woman arrested for misplacing toddler at mall

35-year-old Roseleen Robert is accused of child abuse as a misdemeanor.  Police discovered the alleged abuse after responding to a report of a missing child at the Agana Shopping Center.

Guam - 35-year-old Roseleen Robert is accused of child abuse as a misdemeanor.  Police discovered the alleged abuse after responding to a report of a missing child at the Agana Shopping Center. Robert lost her child who police found later lying on the ground crying. According to court documents the child had an infected rash and sores on her legs, back and neck area that were oozing and bleeding.

The child also had liquid oozing out of her left ear. The toddler's shot records were not up to date and Robert admitted she hadn't taken the child to doctor in two years. She was booked and confined.
