Guam - District Court Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood has ordered that $118,000 that was seized during raids of Overseas Chinese Association Center operations be forfeited to the federal government. The organization through member, Betsy Tang Ho, had initially claimed the money.

Ho has not returned to Guam to answer to federal charges of illegal gambling and money laundering.  Her attorney telling the court his client is too sick to return from China. She has an outstanding warrant for her arrest.  Because ho has not replied to the forfeiture since filing the initial claim, the court ordered that the funds be turned over to the federal government.
