Credit card thief signs plea agreement

Guam - One of two tourists who were caught using stolen credit cards to purchase luxury high-end goods has signed a plea agreement with the federal government. Jiunn Yang Tan will plead guilty to access device fraud, aggravated identity theft, conspiracy to commit access device fraud.
Tan and Heng Aik Han were arrested and charged with using stolen credit card numbers to make $22,000 worth of purchases for luxury items. The two claimed they were trying to pay personal creditors in Malaysia and were instructed to fly to Guam and purchase items with the fake credit cards.
