Federal drug complaint against two
Martha Leticia Burgos and John Michael Pangelinan have been named in a federal criminal complaint accused of attempted possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride with the intent to distribute.

Guam - Martha Leticia Burgos and John Michael Pangelinan have been named in a federal criminal complaint accused of attempted possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride with the intent to distribute. On September 9 Customs officers found 617 grams of the drug Ice inside a Fed-Ex package. The drugs were removed and replaced with sham.
An undercover agent delivered the package to a Yona residence. Court documents state Burgos informed the couple to bring the package to a hotel room at The Westin. Authorities later obtained a search warrant for the room and found crystal meth, cash and electronics inside.
