Guam - Two employees of Wesco who allegedly sold cable and copper wire in exchange for cash and manipulated company records to hide what they were doing pleaded not guilty in the District Court today. Pamela Dorion and Anthony Manibusan are charged with multiple counts of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

According to court documents, the two sold large quantities of Wesco's products to a scrap metal dealer and then allegedly created fictitious sales invoices claiming legitimate companies had ordered the supplies. Dorion was the customer service manager while Manibusan was a salesman and warehouseman.

Trial has been set for November 16.
