Guam - If you're struggling to pay for college, the Guam Legislature has introduced a bill for you. Bill 509, introduced by Speaker Judi Won Pat and co-sponsored by Senator Tina Muna Barnes looks to simply the process of applying for federal aid by aligning resources.

The bill states that the current process is cumbersome and bureaucratic due to separate application forms and different deadlines and eligibility resulting in confusion and frustration for the student.
