Guam - Guam Fire Department Chief Joey San Nicolas appears before senators today providing an update on the agency's e911 program which includes the procurement of a new computer system. San Nicolas first updated senators on their move to their back up e911 center at the Dededo Fire Station saying he was told by Guam Homeland Security advisor Pedro Leon Guerrero that they are working expeditiously to fix the air conditioning problem at their Civil Defense facility in Agana Heights.
