Guam - The Guam EPA's special advisory for the Toguan River and Toguan Bay has been lifted.  The advisory was issued last week after GWA allowed raw sewage to flow into the river bay because of problems at the Umatac-Merizo Waste Water Treatment Plant. Guam EPA was informed by GWA that the problem was resolved on Saturday.  The standard beach advisory remains in effect prohibiting swimming, fishing or playing in these waters.
