Guam - Two men were arrested for allegedly burglarizing a business in Agana Heights. 43 year old William Gay Jr and 24 year old Bernard Reyes were booked and confined on charges of burglary as a 2nd degree felony and theft. According to court documents the two were seen at nearly 2 in the morning parked near the sylvan learning center in Agana Heights allegedly going in and out of the building's generator room. Witnesses were able to get a description of their vehicle as well as the license plate. Documents state the two allegedly fled with a ladder and tampered with the building generator. Police located the stolen ladder on the suspects vehicle.
