Guam - A Superior court jury found Joseph Tuncap guilty of three counts of burglary as a second degree felony and two counts of attempted theft of property as a second degree felony. In 2010, Tuncap was caught on video surveillance  breaking into the Horse & Cow bar in Tamuning as well as two other businesses on Hamburger road. Chief prosecutor Basil O'Mallan states, "We will argue for the maximum sentence of incarceration to ensure the continued safety of the community."

Tuncap faces 5 to 10 years in prison on each count, and is scheduled to be sentenced on September 28.
