Court bailiff pleads not guilty

Michelle Ungacta pled not guilty this morning to charges of simple stalking, obstruction of government functions, harassment, official misconduct and an additional charge of obstruction for allegedly trying to pervert the administration of law.

Guam - Superior Court of Guam bailiff and former deputy marshal Michelle Ungacta pled not guilty this morning to charges of simple stalking, obstruction of government functions, harassment, official misconduct and an additional charge of obstruction for allegedly trying to pervert the administration of law.  Ungacta was arrested earlier this year after she allegedly stalked and harassed another woman.

She asserted her rights to a speedy trial and will return to court for a trial setting on September 12.
