Suspended sentence for former PTO president

Guam - Former Simon Sanchez High School administrative assistant and Parent and Teacher Student Organization president Jerome Tomagan was in court today. He pleaded guilty to theft and official misconduct.
While he was sentenced to five years in prison, the jail term was suspended and Tomagan will serve five years probation.
Tomagan was accused of stealing more than $5,000 in non-appropriated funds raised by Sanchez High seniors for their graduation.
