Guam - A day after TakeCare Insurance wrote to the Attorney General's Office demanding DOA respond to its protest in a timely manner, DOA director Benita Manglona tells KUAM News that she hasn't responded because she and the negotiating team hope to respond not only to TakeCare, but to Calvo's Selectcare and Staywell Insurance all at once.
TakeCare filed a protest on August 8 whereas Calvo's Selectcare and Staywell filed their protests two weeks later. She adds she, the negotiating team and the AG's Office were working on a draft decision this afternoon and hoped to address the matter soon.
