Guam - Three men charged and indicted for the triple-homicide in Harmon last September are waiting for the Attorney General's Office to offer a plea deal. Vimson Menisio and Benny Robert face charges of aggravated murder and rioting after the two allegedly stabbed and killed three men in the northern village.
The third suspect, Osupwang Muritok, faces a single rioting charge. The three appeared in the Superior Court of Guam this morning, but defense attorneys stated they have yet to receive a plea agreement from the prosecution. Judge Vern Perez continued to the case for a couple weeks to allow more time for an agreement to be filed or the case may just go to trial.
Trial setting was continued for September 18 at 9am.
