Guam - If you filed you're tax returns by April 16 of this year, you should have received a refund check in the mail as of Wednesday. According to Rev & Tax director John Camacho, the $14.5 million distributed in the past two weeks from additional Child Tax Credit Reimbursements and rebates from Calvo's Selectcare took care of returns filed on April 16 and part of April 17 of this year.

"For 2011, again there's about $9 million to $10 million on the A-status and at the same time, you're looking at problem returns also, on the '11 we're looking at $5 million on problem returns, so as we clear those errors and suspended returns then we can pay them out," he said.

The Department of Administration meanwhile says they'll continue to pay for the remaining 2011 and prior year refunds as cash becomes available.
