Guam - A man who was struck by a vehicle along Route 4 Sunday is now in fair condition at Naval Hospital. The victim, who police only identify as a Micronesian man, was standing in the median on Route 4 in Hagatna when he stepped out onto the road into the path of a Dodge Caravan heading southbound.

He suffered head trauma. GPD Highway Patrol was forward the case for further investigation. No arrests have been made, but preliminary reports show the driver of the caravan was not at fault.
