Guam - While they wait for the Guam Environmental Protection Agency to schedule an administrative hearing on their appeal, Guam Resource Recovery Partners wants a Superior Court judge to act on a three-year-old lawsuit.  GRRP renewed its request for a ruling in its case against the Guam EPA. 

The company wants the landfill operating permit for Dandan revoked claiming it was issued in violation of the law.  The parties have been waiting for a decision for two years.  As we reported just last week GRRP filed an appeal of the agency's denial of the company's landfill permit application for Atantano, Santa Rita. 

That appeal is currently under review.
