Guam - It's been a couple weeks now since the Liberation Carnival closed in Tiyan, but you might have noticed some booths still up. Department of Parks & Recreation director Pete Calvo says all standing structures must come down by this Sunday, August 26, as his agency has plans for the property.
Calvo told KUAM News, "Because of the rain, there's been a delay and so we understand there is going to be the delay going over the 26th and that's understandable but we are hoping they clean it up because we too want to move back in and smooth the area more defined so we can prepare the area for next year and have the situation a bit more comfortable."
